Manuka Honey

Honeydew
New Zealand Beech tree honeydew is a delightful liquid honey, perfect for the table. It seldom crystallizes due to its low glucose and fructose content, and instead contains complex sugars like maltose, erlose, and melezitose. This rich, dark red/brown honey offers a malty flavour.
Rewarewa Honey
Rewarewa (Knightia excelsa) is a New Zealand honeysuckle tree, producing delicious honey with healing properties. As the tallest member of the Protea family, Rewarewa is known for its striking flowers. Its honey boasts high peroxide activity for healing and antibacterial effects. Kamahi Honey
Bees gather Kamahi honey from the beautiful white flowers of the Kāmahi tree, a widespread tree found throughout New Zealand. This tree, reaching heights of up to 25 meters, often starts as an epiphyte on the branches of other species, including tree ferns.
Rata honey

We have established relationships with trusted suppliers across both the North and South Islands of New Zealand, enabling us to access honey from various sources. Customers are welcome to send us their honey from registered Beekeepers to process and contract manufacture into honey powder, crystals and related products.
