We source the highest quality product and then dry it to produce powders of exceptional taste and quality.

Honey and Fruit Powder  

Our powder is manufactured using a proprietary process and in a RMP registered factory. The powder is used in wet and dry food systems, confectionary and health bars, powdered soups, sauces, gravies, custards, milk product, an alternative to sugar and dry bakery premixes.

Lozenges

Our Honey Lozenges are made from 90% pure honey.

Honey is a natural anti-microbial and these are perfect for a sore throat or when you just want something sweet. 


Flavours include lemon, cherry, blackcurrant, ginger, propolis and menthol. Contact us for detail on OEM opportunities and to discuss specific lozenge recipes.

It incorporates 30% maltodextrin to help stabilise the powder during storage. 
It is important to store below 25 C

IMPORTANT

STORAGE AND HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Due to its extremely hygroscopic nature, Honey Powder can absorb moisture during transit, humid storage conditions or when left in open containers.
If it hardens, it can be powdered again in a food processor.

A good way to store Honey Powder is to place the original packaging into a air tight jar or tub, and place a few silica gel packets inside

the jar. Ideal storage temperature is 25 degrees C and below. The fridge is ideal for storage.
